The client is active in the hiring space, predominantly working in tech hiring. In hiring space the majority of work is still heavenly done by the human resource. Our client service is used by many MNCs for their tech hiring.

The Problem


In hiring space the majority of work is still heavenly done by the human resource. There are some ATS systems but they predominantly worked on conventional techniques like a keyword search. Our client wants to automate the hiring process and reduce human effort. 

Our Role


We worked on a candidate recommendation system which is powered by NLP (Natural Language Processing) and machine learning. The implemented solution can take the candidate’s resume and job description and rank the resume according to the job description. There are certain filters are also provided along with the recommendation engine like the year of experience, location, education etc.
